A Country Club is a place where the relaxation and enjoyment of the members are the Golf Staff's highest priorities. We pledge to provide superior customer service and the best facility possible to the entire membership with unequivocal dedication. We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.

Golf Shop Operation Goals

Superior Member Service:

The goal of the Professional Staff is to provide the membership of Lakelands Golf & Country Club with superior member service. Always be prepared and go the extra mile for the member. "Without a member, there is no business."

A "Member"

A member is the most important person in this club - on the phone, in person, or by mail.

• Members are not dependent on us - we are dependent on them.

• Members are not an interruption of our work - they are the purpose of it

• We are not doing them a favor by serving them - they are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so

• A member is not someone to argue or match wits with. Nobody ever won an argument with a member

• Members are not always RIGHT, but they are always the MEMBER!

This is an exciting year for the golf shop with new staff members joining the old. We are looking forward to a fun and exciting year. In the golf shop this year we will be carrying several clothing lines for both men & women.

We can custom order most any product for the member and don't forget to order your company logo apparel & golf balls.

Golf Shop Hours of Operation

Monday:              Golf Shop is closed, bag room Noon - 8:00pm, driving range until dusk
                           Member golf available after 12:30pm with carts in by 8:00pm
                           Employee golf available on Monday as well
Tuesday:              8am - 7pm, bag room until dark, or all carts are in, driving range until dusk
Wednesday:         8am - 7pm, bag room until dark, or all carts are in, drving range until dusk
Thursday:             8am - 7pm, bag room until dark, or all carts are in, driving range until dusk    
Friday:                 8am - 7pm, bag room until dark, or all carts are in, driving range until dusk
Saturday:             7am - 7pm, bag room until dark, or all carts are in, driving range until dusk
Sunday:               7am - 7pm, bag room until dark, or all carts are in, driving range until 7pm (closes at 7pm for clean picking)
